How much will my treatment cost? We charge a set fee which is a competitive hourly rate for assessment and treatment. Travel costs may be applicable depending on where you live in our catchment area. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
Will I be able to claim back the the cost of my treatment from my health insurer? We would advise you to contact your health insurer directly to ensure they will cover specifically Neurophysiotherapy treatment before booking an appointment with us. If you have any queries regarding this please get in touch to discuss.
Can I supplement the NHS Physiotherapy I already receive with additional private sessions from you? Yes, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy advocates “Patients have a right to choose where they seek treatment, and in some cases this can result in patients seeking and receiving concurrent treatment in both the NHS and private sectors.” We have successfully worked alongside NHS colleagues many times.
Is there parking and wheelchair accessibility at the clinic? At Springbank Clinic there is free onsite parking outside The Hub, Tonbridge Clinic has limited free onsite parking but with adjacent on street parking. Both clinics have ramped access and disabled toilet facilities but neither have hoisting equipment on site.
What should I wear to my assessment? Our preference would be loose fitting clothing that easily allows us to see your legs and arms, with a t-shirt or vest top underneath. Shorts are often very helpful but not a necessity. If you have any custom made shoes or splints please bring these with you.
Can I be accompanied? Yes, it is entirely your decision. It does not need to be for the whole session but can be most helpful.
What if I need to cancel? Please contact us directly if you are unable to make your appointment. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the total fee will be chargeable however, individual circumstances may be taken into consideration.
