Group Classes
Research has shown that engaging in regular exercise can reduce stiffness and reduce muscle wastage, even in people with long term conditions. It can also result in improvements in walking, balance and functional ability. Many people with neurological conditions find it challenging to access regular exercise without assistance.
To address this, we currently offer a variety of small group sessions which target specific issues. To ensure group sessions are effective for everyone, a pre-assessment is required before attending.
